Dear customer,

We understand that you are facing some issues with our product’s touch panel COB, which is causing the automatic dimming or automatic shutdown problems. We would like to provide you with a troubleshooting guide to help you resolve this issue.

To pair the panel remote control and the controller, please follow these steps:

1. Turn off the power to the dimming unit.

2. Please wait for a few seconds and then turn on the power again.

Immediately after turning on the power, press and hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds. If the light strip flashes three times, it means that the pairing has been successful.

3. Press the power button as soon as possible after turning on the power (not too late). If the pairing is successful, the light strip will flash three times. (If it has been successfully paired before, it will not flash.)
