Formatting Instructions

– Formatting is only available on Windows systems.

– Key Note: Please ensure to select the exFAT file system when formatting for the first time.

macOS Usage Notes

– This drive can only be used for file/data storage on macOS devices. DO NOT format the drive on Mac.

– macOS Capacity Limitation: Due to iOS system restrictions, Mac devices cannot recognize hard drives larger than 2TB. Mac users are not recommended to purchase drives larger than 2TB. (Note: Drives over 2TB work normally on Windows systems.)

128TB Model Behavior

When the 128TB version is connected to a computer, it will be displayed as two separate partitions.

OTG Adapter Information

OTG conversion interface is NOT included in the order by default. OTG adapters cannot be shipped as standalone items, and separate orders for Type-C adapters are not accepted.
